Hello there!
We really want to help the world in this carbondioxode problem that we have here. But to be able to do that we also need China, Japan and Russia to also take the responsibility in this matter. Shall we, the most powerful country in the entire world, put out money that we need to keep this influential country alive should also they do it. After all we have actually saved the world from two world wars and our sons have given their lives to save the earth from total destruction by nazis, communists and terrorists.
